Return&Refund policy

We understand that sizing for gears like Knee sleeve, Belt and etc can be tricky, so we do offer a product exchange service, provided a few conditions are met:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• The product must be in a saleable condition and returned as new (unused, with tags and packaging intact).
• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, either by arranging the shipping or making a deposit into our account.

If the gears have a manufacturing defect or non-human damage that renders them unusable, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
